Did you know, teens who regularly exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle are significantly more likely to perform well academically and develop improved social skills - setting them up for adulthood.
Our FORMAL FIT program, for students from Year 9 onward, provides customised nutrition and training sessions to promote healthy lifestyle skills. We include education modules in our training programs so that our adolescent members can learn exercise and nutrition basics, including safety in the gym and healthy cooking skills.
Formal Fit runs throughout the school term and includes our mentor program to ensure students feel supported and welcome in the gym environment.
