Specialist Training For Professional Pursuits

At IFN Health we offer performance packages for professional and aspiring elite-level athletes. We work in conjunction with your coach/trainer to ensure peak performance outcomes are reached, ready for competition.

We also offer packages for professional and aspiring high-level musicians. Why? Because just like any other athlete, professional musicians need to perform at peak levels, often over a much more hectic performance season.

Our specialist coach, Emma, is a freelance S&C coach and sports scientist with post graduate qualifications. Her specialist areas are equestrian sports, S&C and tactical training for most team sports, and musician training for career/professional placement.
